Your field of responsibility

We are looking for a trainee to strengthen our Front & Client Services Department. Front & Client Services offers a central support to our Relationship Managers located in Luxembourg and our branches in France, Portugal, Ireland and the Netherlands, and to their clients.

The team ensures that all change in circumstances / updates and opening requests are treated on a timely manner to ensure a high quality service to our internal and external clients.

You will support the Front & Client Services Team Lead in driving management topics incl. support strategic projects to improve client experience, prepare management reports, run risk mitigation actions.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for :

  • A university degree in economics, law, banking & finance or similar
  • You possess good organizational skills, the ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • You are a rigorous with attention to details ensuring accuracy of the work you perform
  • You have a sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and proactively; you are a good teammate with a can-do attitude and problem solving skills
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • You build and maintain positive working relationships within the team, management and stakeholders
  • You are business fluent in English and either French or German; additional language skills are an asset
