About the Role :

For our (COMPANY NAME) HQ in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a motivated intern for a six-month internship experience starting from August / September 2019.

In this internship, you will support one of our HR Business Partnering Teams in their daily responsibilities and ongoing projects.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Supporting the HR Business Partnering Team in key processes (i.e. Salary Review, Performance Management, Budget);
  • Contributing to personnel development (i.e. training management in collaboration with our Training Department);
  • Managing the full life cycle recruitment (i.e. screening of applications, scheduling and conducting interviews);
  • Preparing documents in interaction with the HR Administration Team;
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments;
  • Contributing to HR related administrative tasks;
  • Supporting the HR Reporting activities.
  • Who we are looking for : Profile


  • Student or Graduate (Bachelor / Master) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or related fields;
  • Dynamic and proactive approach;
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to work in an international company;
  • Strong passion for (COMPANY NAME) brands.
  • IT-Skills

  • Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot tables, v-look up).
  • Languages

  • Fluency in English is English is mandatory;
  • Any other language skills are considered a plus.
