In order to create and structure their Customer Service Team, we are hiring a Team Leader.

Description

  • Build a strong team spirit and drive Customer Service Team,
  • Define and report KPI's of the team to the COO,
  • Follow-up operations of the service : pricing and client master data maintenance, training of the team, ...
  • Standardize customer service processes across the organization,
  • Participate and lead projects around customer experience improvement, customer visibility, e-reputation, ...
  • Profile

  • You have a first experience in BtoB sales or at least 5 years in Customer Service Management,
  • You are analytical and think end-to-end, able to implement processes, and you are organized,
  • Fluent in French and English,
  • You are a solution and client oriented person. You are focused on Customer experience.
