The programme

Our Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) programmes are intended for young postgraduates with degrees from top universities.

As a participant in the programme, you will not only develop the technical and interpersonal skills needed in your future career at Pictet AM but also be given the opportunity to build a network of peers within the company.

As a participant in our graduate programme, you will develop your business know-how by working alongside accomplished professionals.

Your initial training will be complemented by a professional certification relevant to your area of business (CFA, CIIA, etc.

In addition, our programme will enable you to develop the interpersonal and self-leadership skills you will require in your future career.

The programme will also be an opportunity to establish an extensive network of peers and experts within Pictet and to meet members of the management.

We offer you an 18-month rotation programme. During the first six months, you’ll be part of the Man Co oversight team in Luxembourg.

In this role, you will work as an Analyst and take part in the various analysis and initiatives covering the cross functional valuation for the production of Investment funds.

These rotations are combined with a fully comprehensive training programme. At the end of the programme you will be ready to take full ownership of a position within the Man CO oversight in Luxembourg.Your role

As well as being part of the Pictet Group Graduate training programme, you will take on the following responsibilities :

  • Providing support to the Management Committee of PAMESA (preparing analysis and presentations,);
  • Taking part in the implementation of large transversal projects (regulatory, business initiatives);
  • Performing ad hoc analysis (optimization proposals);
  • Setting quantitative metrics (data identification for oversight measures, establish reporting mechanism);
  • Actively contributing to the development of the Man Co in LuxembourgYour profile
  • Completed Master’s degree from an established university
  • Substantial involvement in extracurricular activities contributing to specific projects (academic, humanitarian, etc.) will be highly appreciated.
  • International exposure, either in a work-related, academic or personal context.
  • Analytical, proactive and able to work efficiently on your own but also a strong team player.
  • Strong synthesis capacities, problem solver and deliverable-focused.
  • Highly motivated and interested in continuous development.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing skills and command of French will be considered an advantage
  • Skilled user of standard IT applications and of MS Office in particular.
  • As the chosen Graduate, you will show energy and enthusiasm in your work and be rigorous in your approach. You are either fluent in French or English (or both).

    Furthermore, you will be flexible, thorough, and methodical in your approach to structuring, analysing and solving problems.

    Moreover, you are able to demonstrate strong analytical skills that can be used to solve complex business issues. A strong team player with capacity to learn from peers and strong ethics is also key to your success.

    Finally, you must show your willingness to offer our clients the highest quality service and advice through strong knowledge or our product offering, sharp communication and team collaboration.
