Your role :

  • Reconcile of our client accounts for fee payments received
  • Claim unpaid fees to custodian banks and follow up on instructions sent
  • Solve discrepancies on fee amounts between two internal systems
  • Assist in analysis conducted on our accounts for fees debited by custodian banks
  • Manage close relationships with partners and develop strong connections with relevant counterparts within those organisations
  • Assist the team with any queries received linked to fee payment process
  • Ensure that all documentation is suitably organised and accessible
  • Participate in drafting and implementing procedures and Service Level Agreements
  • Comply with internal procedures, industry rules and regulations
  • Your profile :

  • Graduate in Accounting or BAC+2 / 3
  • At least 2 or 3 years’ experience in a similar position would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated insight of the finance industry
  • Numerate and well organised with a methodical approach
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Perseverant and proactive to meet goals assigned
  • Confident and professional in approach to dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated use of information systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and oral French and English language skills, any other foreign language would be an advantage
