    As part of the growth of our activities, we are recruiting CRM Functional Consultants.

    Your role : Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Cloud solutions.

    Your missions :

  • You analyze customer needs and front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service).
  • You analyze gaps between customer requirements and functionality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • You set up and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
  • You configure the application to meet customer requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization tool.
  • You create technical specifications, design and integrate business processes and data flows between applications.
  • You transfer the skills needed to use the solution.
  • You train users in the use and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional and technical training).
  • You provide technical support to your customers.
  • Your qualities and skills :

  • Your sense of analysis and synthesis allows you to provide quality work while giving priority to meeting deadlines.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team, but you are also effective in carrying out projects independently.
  • You have the necessary application knowledge in the field of CRM.
  • You can communicate, both in writing and orally.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Any extra trumps?

  • Mastering a CRM tool is a plus (Dynamics 365, Salesforce...).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Diploma and experience :

    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science / Business School and / or proof of at least 3 years experience in the field of Business Application Solutions (ERP / CRM).

    Workplace : Prodware site (Windhof Grand-Duché de Luxembourg) or at the customer's premises.
