Conduct legal researches and monitor every matter related to investment funds in close collaboration with the other members of the company

Drafting of every legal document, agreements and filings for the CSSF

Participate to internal and external meetings and conferences

You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position in a Law firm in Luxembourg with strong knowledges of the fund industry

A perfect fluency in French and English is mandatory. Any other language would be considered as an asset

Being registered to the Bar (Luxembourg or European)
