The scope of the mission is focused on :
Supporting the program management team in Test management for the streams in scope by
defining Program Test strategy and a Global release plan (with delivery dates)
Help the different testing teams to define the Test strategy per project
Managing and coordinating the testing teams of the program
Provide a test status report to help to pilot the program
Build a Program Test strategy (scope, approach, governance, planning ) for the overall test
management to cover multiples work streams across the different test phases (Unit tests,
Integration tests, System Integration testing, UAT ) and test types (functional or not)
Support Program Management Team with coordination of the different test phases of
multiple applications to meet the program objectives
Review testing scope with Program Management team for each stream in the target
Define per Quarter the test plan, test phases, test effort, milestones ensuring integration with
the overall delivery plan
Identify dependencies / synergies and ensure optimization of the test plan
Coordinate all testing activities with test teams across multiple streams, managing testing to
agreed plans across all areas of business and technology
Support the management teams for scheduling, planning, and controlling the deliveries in
the dedicated test environments
Set up and manage program defect management with the test teams
Manage and communicate the progress status report with Program Management Team,
Identify risks and issues relating to testing
Help to consolidate information collected during daily / weekly team meetings and other
program meetings in test management purpose,
Provide recommendations, advice and decisions before each Go Live
Able to manage functional and non-functional tests.
Minimum 5 years in Test management role
At least one experience with AzureDevOps or TFS is mandatory (Test management
Very good knowledge in AzureDevOps tool
Be familiar with Cloud services.
ISTQB Foundations mandatory;
Demonstrating knowledge in a Testing methodology is a strong asset.
Be fluent in English
