Your mission

Advise HR leaders and CEO's to create appetite for skeeled and how we can help organisations

We are looking for a new colleague that will work in our amazing Sales Team and help us grow our company to new heights. Sales Development representative are responsible for the execution of the initial phase of the skeeled solution selling process, maximizing on opportunity identification and qualification with respect to skeeled’s solutions.

From our Headquarter in Luxembourg, you will closely work together with Account Executives, Customer Success and your peers to establish a common strategy to expand our business to new heights.

This is an entry / mid-level position

Responsibilities

  • Identify target accounts and proactively initiate discussions as well as qualify and develop Inbound and Outbound leads across your business line through strong communication and discovery
  • Run solution selling activities through emails / inmails to generate new sales prospects via hyper-personalisation
  • Understand and analyse the matuniry of the prospect in order to best advise him / her
  • Articulate skeeled’s value proposition to senior business leaders
  • Be flexible and adapt to change, always looking for creative ways to approach the day to day business and don't take NO for an ANSWER
  • Must have Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Excellent communicator and customer oriented as well as time and project management skills
  • Nice-to-have Requirements

  • BA / BS degree (in HR or Psychology is a plus)
