Within AB EU, small business customers are a key segment, both in terms of their unique buying behavior and their impact in revenue.
The AB EU team is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused, and innovative Sr. Product Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business inputs and collaborate to launch product and features suited to improve the buying experience offered to small business customers.
An ideal candidate is someone with a high degree of ownership, who likes experimenting and setting high standards, with a roll up your sleeves attitude.
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities. This person must have a high degree of autonomy to identify customer pain points and business opportunities, to then partner with teams to develop solutions and drive projects forward.
Candidate will need to develop in-depth understanding of the business and champion the needs of AB EU small business customers.
Candidate must be able to think strategically, yet execute methodically to deliver to the highest standards. Also, candidate is able to quickly earn trust and has a strong team orientation with the ability to influence others and gain consensus, in an environment that is more of a start-up than that of a big company.
Key job responsibilities
The new PM will be responsible to build the selection and pricing strategy to address Customers’ shopping preferences and ensure quality, availability, and selection health.
This role requires ability to work cross-functionally acting as single thread owner in the AB team to product sourcing and pricing roadmaps, to analyze local and international product categories to identify selection gaps and leading selection initiatives in collaboration with category and tech teams and to strategize opportunities to improve and enhance existing processes and trackers to streamline reporting.
