The Global Compliance Monitoring function operates across numerous countries across Europe and Asia, including Luxembourg and France.
The team provides monitoring services across a wide number of business lines. The key objective is to provide independent assurance to senior management and the relevant Boards and Operating Committees on the adequacy of compliance with key regulatory requirements.
In order to provide this level of independent assurance, the department performs Compliance Monitoring reviews across all business areas.
Purpose of your role
As part of the Compliance Monitoring team, the Compliance Monitoring Manager is responsible for performing monitoring reviews and assessments in line with French and Luxembourg regulations.
The key role will be to undertake a series of compliance monitoring reviews in accordance with French and Luxembourg regulations.
As part of this, there will be involvement on a wider European basis, particularly with team members located in the UK, Ireland, Luxembourg and France.
