Clearstream as premier provider of settlement services needs to ensure adequate quality and control of service delivery processes and processing performance.
Investigation and Incident Mgt performs strong operational controls, including the insurance that all assets positions booked in their customer’s accounts are the same than the ones reported by the Clearstream Banking network of suppliers.
Tasks / responsibilities
Your main tasks will be to assist in the realisation of (some of) these tasks in accordance with the respective procedures and controls definition :
Cash confirmation of customer pre-advices within deadlines
Handle pure cash related queries from external and internal customers, Cash Correspondent Banks and Central Banks
Administration, monitoring and reporting of internal accounts
In close co-operation with operational business units and Financial Accounting
Close monitoring of open items over three months ageing and related risk assessment
Ensure interactions with all Clearstream business segments, Audit, Legal, Compliance and Risk Management for all Reconciliation and Incident Mgt related activities, including Regulatory reporting’s
Support operational business units in the maintenance of their business continuity plans and the conduction of business continuity tests
Support the Incident Managers in the fulfilment of their duties
Contribute to process alignments for all Reconciliation and Incident Mgt related activities and ensure close collaborations with all Reconciliation and Incident Mgt teams across all locations
