CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER (H / F)
The CAM is the "Control Tower" of the Fund Administrationproduction in order to ensure high quality of service and anticipate clientfeedback by working with different teams on actions to improve the service ifnecessary.
Ensure customersatisfaction by being the preferred point of entry for all clients requestslinked to the FA department.
Monitor all the opensubjects and requests to ensure proper and quick answer to clients.
Ensure knowledge ofspecific customers by informing the teams of any changes to take into accountto provide the best service to the client.
Ensure the client needs areperfectly understood and met.
Ensure bottom upinformation to the management regarding any potential issue on the clientrelationship or any potential issue on the service provided.
Preparing and present KeyPerformance Indicators to evaluate the quality of service
Participate in qualityreviews with the different stakeholders in charge of the client relationship.
Prepare and participate tothe Client Service Reviews, Due diligences and represent the department inClient Teams.

Professional experience :
Strong knowledge ofthe Fund Industry (minimumof 5 years).
Experience in fundaccounting would be an advantage
