LEGAL TRANSACTION ASSOCIATE (M / F)
DO Recruitment Advisors is recruiting a Legal Transaction Associate for the Transaction team of a global and leading real estate investment firm.
This team is the entry point for new projects and a crucial element in the processing chain. It provides transactional support to investments by liaising with external counsels, third party service providers and personnel of the company to close the transactions with speed, flexibility, and certainty.
Your role is to support the Transaction Team in certain functions described below.
THE JOB :
Support the Transaction team and deal execution team with the onboarding of the new investments and sales;
Co-ordinate signatures on transaction / incorporation documents;
Organise the transaction related board meetings - organise relevant signatures, prepare board packs and provide Directors with the necessary information for the above;
Organise the transition of the corporate files from the transaction team to the compliance team;
Ensure accuracy of the database (setup, );
Arrange notarisation and apostille of documents;
Prepare data rooms (sales);
Prepare handover protocol;
Organise electronic filing on server with supporting team, file and archive documents.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :
At least 3 years' experience in a legal / corporate department of a fiduciary / law firm / in house legal or corporate position in Luxembourg is an asset;
Fluent English, any other language will be an advantage (especially Spanish, German or French);
Excellent communication skills;
Knowledge of MS Office standard applications;
Experience in Real Estate area will be a definite advantage;
Experience working with and maintaining strong professional links with lawyers, auditors, notaries, service providers;
Ability to work independently as well as be a team player;
Able to take direction and ask questions;
Strong organisational skills;
Eye for detail.
