Close collaboration with the Head of Depositary Bank on the formalization of the future business strategy for our Depositary Bank as well as on the management, planning and organization of the department

Full responsibility over the operations of our Depositary Bank to ensure continuity in case of absence of the Department Head

Heading the Client Service Management team, responsible for supporting strategic client interactions, new business projects and the handling of complex ad-hoc client requests

Interfacing between senior management, the front office teams and operational functions to ensure the efficient functioning of the platform.

Supporting the front office to improve operational effectiveness as well as internal and external client experience

Leading cross-functional task forces and projects across the Depositary Bank

Preparing and coordinating strategic communication (e.g. town halls, broadcasts, client pitches)

Central point of escalation for Depositary Bank relating to regulatory inquiries, on-site visits and ad-hoc audit requests

You Offer

University degree or above

10 years working experience in an international corporate environment with front-to-back exposure

Excellent financial services industry knowledge with experience in the traditional and alternative investment fund custody business

Exceptional communication, analytical, conceptual and presentation skills including the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.

Able to convey complex issues in an effective manner to executive-level managers

Experience of working with mid / back office teams to enhance operational effectiveness (e.g. client onboarding, client communication / reporting, business risk management, etc.)

Exposure to the regulatory environment in Luxembourg and the European Union

Experience in leading and motivating high performing teams

Pro-active and solution oriented, enthusiastic and able to prioritize effectively

Excellent oral and written command of English. German and French would be a considerable asset
