Job description

The purpose of the Senior HR Advisor role is to play a key role in Employee Experience (EX) & Advising and coaching Managers on HR processes and topics.

Specifically, the person is responsible for implementing the EX vision and strategy and participates to relevant projects and experiments.

He / she advises and equips managers with the right tools and skills to enable them to better manage, engage and motivate their teams.

Being a senior HR professional and collaborating tightly with HRBPs and HR Centre of Expertise, this role is instrumental in turning around the HR organization into an employee centric service delivery organization, where employees and manager easily find support they are looking for.

The role reports to the Head People Services.

As our Senior HR Advisor, you will :

  • Define HR portfolio : as a senior player in the team you will take the lead in EX measurement. On the basis of these data you will define which initiatives will have the most impact on engagement and need to be prioritised for improvement.
  • Be a HR employees’ advisor : you will act as main point of contact for complex or sensitive employees requests that require high judgment, and ensure follow up and resolution in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Be a HR coach for Managers : you will make sure to propose scalable advices and coaching to Manager to enable them to best manage their team (in areas such as onboarding, performance management, engagement and motivation or off boarding to name a few).
  • You will handle a key advisory role with a bank wide impact on managers. You will work closely with all HR stakeholders (HRBPs, CoEs) to identify opportunities and solutions to equip and upskill managers.

  • Participate to proposition and implementation of innovative solutions and communication channels : as part of the HR team's activities to improve EX, you will play a key role in introducing new tooling and technologies.
  • You will make sure that new tooling delivers according to expected SLA's and Satisfaction and implementation keeps within budget.

  • Experience :

  • University or College degree;
  • A 5+ years’ experience in HR matter;
  • Experience in HR processes and operations;
  • Experience in participating to projects with multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Experience with process and Service design.
  • Languages :

  • Fluency in French and in English is mandatory.
