Support Officer Transactional Banking (SME) (M / F) We are currently seeking a Support Officer for our corporate clients with a couple of years of experience.

Providing high quality service to corporate clients in terms of products follow-up, information & document requests; support of Internet Banking service.
Providing extensive support to Primary Account Manager and Account Officer for management of corporate customers’ portfolio and their transactions (mainly Fund Transfers but also Foreign Exchange, Deposits, Business Cards, Custody, Brokerage) : preparing Client Reporting, service calls for Internet Banking, updating customers’ KYC file documentation.
Managing of customers’ requests for Business Cards.
Reviewing regularly our customer KYC files, preparing requests to update their necessary documentation and controlling their execution.
Under supervision of Account Officer - processing Fund Transfers of corporate clients : review of transactions and proper KYC / KYT analysis in full compliance with EU, Luxembourg and internal rules and regulations;
verification of supporting documents (contracts, invoices, customs and transportation documentation).
Bachelor degree in Finance, Economy or a related field;
2 years of experience in Banking on Front Office / Customer Desk / Middle Office or similar positions;
Excellent communication skills, especially in customer-related techniques;
Solid knowledge of AML / Compliance principles;
Strong time management skills, capacity to work in multi-task environment under time pressure and to follow deadlines;
Perfect fluency in English and Russian.
Previous experience on Temenos T24 would be an asset.
