Job based in LuxembourgExternal Fulfilment within World Wide Operations supports EU (European Union) retail operations in identifying the best ways to fulfil products that Amazon FCs (Fulfilment Centers) cannot currently handle.
As a result of continuous growth, we are searching for an EU Project Manager for the External Fulfilment (EF) network who will report to the Head of Operations Excellence EF.
External Fulfilment works with Retail teams to prioritize potential solutions, coordinates the integration with third parties and manages the daily operations.
Ensure best in class customer experience and ramp up for building launches
Increase EF network performance through continuous improvement plans and projects
Support technical feature integration being the main interface between our technical teams and Operations
Drive process / tools standardization across all External Fulfilment networks and channels
Your Profile# Bachelors degree completed
Past experience or study of distribution supply chain, B2B communication (EDI / XML) and their support function roles
Past experience with project management in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing and / or related industry
Past experience driving large-scale changes on project scope, costs, and quality throughout a team or organization
Past experience communicating and interfacing with internal and external customers to drive deliverables
Past experience producing, interpreting and drawing conclusions from data sets
Fluent English is required.
Preferred Qualifications# Candidates will ideally be degree qualified in an Engineering / Industrial Management or Logistics based discipline
Lean and Six Sigma certification - Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain that has high velocity and complexity
Practiced working knowledge of Lean techniques such as Kaizen or Six Sigma Technical expertise
Business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
You place a high value on the accuracy of your work, and diligently ensure the quality of your data
Good Level of other EMEA languages (mainly French / German / Italian / Spanish) will be a strong asset
