The opportunities : your next adventure awaits Integrated in the Marketing team, you will be in charge of the organization of events, both internal and external, both virtual and physical, including event planning ahead, suppliers’ negotiation, event participation, event follow-up and budget planning. Among your main tasks :

  • You propose original concepts and are aware of latest trends
  • You coordinate and follow-up on projects
  • You respect budget constraints and tight deadlines
  • You communicate with your internal clients and suppliers
  • You advertise your event on the market
  • You negotiate with service providers
  • You report regularly to your hierarchy
  • You manage invitation process
  • You update the client’s database related to the events activity
  • You respect clear procedures and processes

  • Qualifications : e ligibility requirements include the following :
  • You have a master’s degree in marketing / Communication, ideally with a first 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • You are fluent in English (French or German would be an advantage)
  • You are a team player, flexible, proactive, client oriented and committed to quality
  • You are rigorous and able to work under pressure
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are creative
  • You can manage stress periods and respect deadlines
  • You have experience with webcast organization
  • You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
