The Financial Engineering and Structured Products Department (FES) is providing depositary and agency services to the Issuers of Medium Term Notes (MTN).
It is also responsible for the monitoring of the outstanding MTN issued by the bank. The department is focused on the set-
up, the management of structured financial products lifecycle and valuation control. In order to support our team, we are looking for a Depositary Banking & Structured Products Officer for a fixed-
term contract of one year. Your main tasks will be to : Perform and control the setup of new trades into various banking systems and applications Manage transaction instructions and records related to issuance and other security events Control that rates fixed on MTNs are conforming with legal documents before dissemination to participants Coordinate cash flows and security settlements with swap counterparties and note holders Perform regular control of marked to market valuations of our products Answer queries from internal or external counterparties on the agency transactions Maintain and complete various reports Job requirements : University degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a capital market environment or depositary functions or paying agent services Excellent knowledge of intermediaries and securities settlement chains Deep knowledge of financial products (especially securities & swaps) Regulatory framework awareness (EMIR, Prospectus directive, etc) Excellent command of Swift, Excel and VBA Fluency in English and French Strong organisational skills, ability to focus and perform diversified tasks with highest accuracy Dedication, team spirit and flexibility Please be aware that in accordance with the law of July 23, 2016, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3) If you are interested in this position and meet the job requirements, please apply via jobs.lu
