Drafting legal documents management agreements, loan agreements, minutes and proxies, as well as any other legal documents pertaining the normal lifecycle of a client entity;
Reviewing and assessing relevant legal documentation and advice from third parties and / or as drafted / prepared by the juniors in the team;
Assisting in incorporations and sharing transfers of client companies in close co-operation with the client, notary, law firms and tax firms;
Executing of all the necessary to have TMF Group and clients performing according to Compliance and AML rules;
Working effectively with the counter Client Administration team as well as any other Support Teams within the company;
Constantly develop (close) work relationship with advisors and clients and meet / visit clients and their representatives;
Being responsible for delivery of excellence in customer service both in own portfolio and that of the team in line with Luxembourg corporate law requirements and existing regulations;
Involved in finding new business opportunities;
Promoting the work and values and procedures / policies of the company to staff and external parties;
Acting as manager / director of client companies;
Supervising / conducting client meetings board meetings;
Assisting with and supervising client entities on-boarding;
Assisting Team Leader and other Supervisors in the team on internal projects coordination and monitoring;
Assisting Team Leader on cash collection and invoicing matters.
Planning of the work of team members and supervise subordinates in the handling of their client portfolio in an independent manner;
Developing and coaching team members on their relevant needs and ensure a strong focus on quality and responsiveness;
Actively contributing to the training and development of staff of TMF Group;
Conducting performance appraisals;
Substitute for Team Leader if / when necessary.
Master degree in Law or related field;
Minimum of 6-8 years practical relevant experience;
People Management experience;
Strong legal knowledge, technical, soft and communication skills;
Fluency in English (written and spoken) , any other language is considered as a plus;
Able to work independently, autonomously and pro-actively;
Strong towards stress and capable to work under short deadlines;
