We are happy to present you a role where you would have a chance to support us with the following tasks : General Responsibilities of Function : You will be responsible for monitoring of funds against applicable rule set (laws and regulations, prospectus and internal) Management of breaches and communication with involved partiesWithin our team you will ensure correct interpretation of rules, solve basic interpretation and eligibility queriesYou will take care of documentation of monitoring / breach management Main tasks & activities : Perform control tasks within the periodical (generally daily) monitoring process of funds against applicable rule set (laws and regulations, prospectus and internal) using MIG Admin for automated checks and other tools for manual checks (e.
g. Excel)Classify Breaches (active, passive, no breach i.e. technical, data issue)Liaise with involved parties (e.g. portfolio manager, custodian bank, compliance, data provider (VDPS) and within team eligibility specialist, rule specialist, tech / data specialistConduct follow up of breaches, communicate with concerned involved parties, comment and document breaches, escalate if applicablePerform basic eligibility analysis for specific financial instruments (e.
g. derivatives, structured products, indices, target funds), consult eligibility specialist, compliance if needed, communicate to portfolio managerMaintain respective eligible assets / instruments databaseProvide standard statistics to Head IGM and other parties You offer Skills We would be happy if you were an experienced user of MIG, MS and market information systems as BloombergYou have an ability to communicate effectively with partners within and outside of the organizationPreferably, deep understanding of regulatory environment, risk management and compliance approaches with focus on UCITS / AIF, Swiss regulations would be an advantage.
SQL is a plus Additional skills Are you fluent in German and English? Experience and qualifications Do you have university degree in Finance or equivalent post graduate studies?
