Project & Operations Coordinator - Private Equity Department (H/F)

You have to coordinate and supervise all the development and organizational projects of the Private Equity and Real Estate department.

You will facilitate the communication and discussion with the Front Office along with the Pictet Group other departments.

This position will report directly to the Head of PE and Alternatives.

Your Role

  • Coordinate and organize the development projects;
  • Coordinate and organize the organizational projects;
  • Fix deadlines and milestones and monitor improvements;
  • Analyse and implement operational improvements;
  • Be a key contact for our Front Office for new opportunities;
  • Work on Internal audit and Isae discussions;
  • Faciliate communication between various PE&RE teams
  • Ensure regular reporting to your Head of and FPS ExCo
  • Profile

  • You hold university degree level in either finance, economics, law or management;
  • Experience, 4-6 years, in a similar position or in depositary activities;
  • You have a good understanding of Luxembourg Fund regulations.
  • You have a good knowledge on Alternative products; ie : PERE investments
  • You are organized and precise in all aspects of your work.
  • Your flexibility allows you to adapt to and manage the unexpected.
  • Ability to work in a team AND autonomously.
  • Management and organizational skills;
  • Fluent in English and French. Any other EU language would be an asset.
  • IT skills >
  • you are comfortable with MS softwares (Excel, Powerpoint, )

  • eFront / Avaloq experience is considered as an asset.
