Your area of operations comprises Analyzing and reproducing reported issues, troubleshooting, developing technical solutions and offering workarounds for our intellectual property software.
You will resolve internal and external tickets, including peer support, using mostly email but also phone and remote maintenance tools.

After a specific, internal training delivered by our colleagues, you will contribute by :
1st and 2nd level support of our software;
Tracing and debugging applications;
Monitoring and escalating issues to our development;
Configure the software;
Setup or program custom reports;
Create custom scripts using our self-developed scripting language;
Perform database configuration and data cleaning via SQL;
Assist and coordinate customization projects (evaluation, development and implementation);
Teach colleagues and clients with regard to our different software products;
Minimum of three years working experience or education in the field of IT;
Good knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and MS SQL, particularly complex queries, user-defined functions, views, stored procedures;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Good understanding of Windows server architecture
Basic knowledge of network technologies
Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
Proficient in spoken and written English and French
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Service oriented working attitude
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to a long-term employment
Experience in the customer relationship field;
Knowledge of Visual Studio, KIX, SVN, ComponentOne Report Designer, Web Deployment
