As part of a dynamic customer focused team, you will be responsible for the general technical support and service issue resolution for our Hot Runner & Temperature Controller product lines.
The scope of this role does include phone support, logging the incidents in the after-sales database and the coordination of all activities, required to solve the individual request.
As part of the European Field Support Team you will work closely with our Service Technicians, Sales Area Managers, Product Quality and Development Engineers.
You will be based in our European headquarters in Dudelange / Luxembourg. You will report to the Team Leader Service Hot Runner.
