Our client is a StartUp developing hardware and software solutions.
They put all the know-how and the new technologies at the service of their customers, their multidisciplinary approach brings each of their collaborators to progress constantly.
As part of the Support team, you will be working with customers to install hardware and software onsite, resolve technical issues using a variety of internal resources and providing data analysis to understand and troubleshoot the systems.
Escalating technical cases to the appropriate technical resource if needed; Installations such as for printers, id scanners / readers and troubleshoot.
Be able to travel; Bac+2, BTS or equivalent; This position does not require programming but corrections.
