The Role Are you ready for a challenge?

As part of the team you will be accountable for :

  • Create a positive first impression on behalf of the company.
  • Direct visitor to the proper person in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
  • Serve as receptionist and point of contact for all visitors to the office answering the telephone.
  • Provide assistance and support for all areas of facilities department
  • Answer and forward all incoming calls (external or internal) in a timely and professional manner
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages
  • Be the first contact with incoming visitors, and as such, representative of the Companys image
  • Greet visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
  • Ensure the Reception area is maintained to a very high standard at all times
  • Monitor and update the meeting rooms diary
  • Ensure a high level of servicing quality, including drinks & lunches set up
  • Order, receive and follow up couriers
  • Assist with various administrative and maintenance tasks
  • Organize and maintain office files records
  • Strict following of the access security rules and other guidelines
  • Your Profile Have you got what it takes to become the Junior Accountant ?

    The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics :

  • You have gained a minimum of 4 years of experience in a reception role, preferably in the financial sector
  • You are an enthusiastic and motivated person, able to achieve several tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Being a key team player, you demonstrate abilities to adapt to different situations
  • You have an excellent presentation and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English and French is a must. Having two of the following languages : Dutch; German and / or Spanish would be a great asset.
  • Any other European languages would be considered as an advantage.
