Together with your colleagues your goal will be to grow the Diageo Reserve brands within the Wengler business with the aim to be the best performing, most respected and trustworthy company importing wines & spirits in Luxembourg.
Top 3-5 accountabilities Development and delivery of customer plan : Ability to understand customer requirements and match these with Caves Wengler SA propositions in accordance to Diageo Reserve brands Restlessly seeking with your colleagues for new business opportunities in the on-
trade Searches and spins proactively within and outside the channel to identify and activate potential opportunities Deliver brand strategies into brilliant commercial execution Analyzing performances (Measure&Evaluation) of contracts, business plans of partners, activations and events.
Reporting Relationship management Strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion, conflict management, inspirational workshops, capability sessions and business insights.
Creates the conditions for an amazing relationship with the customer through great cross-functional behaviours and ways of working.
Ensures that all customer data and information required to support the customer relationship is rigorously and robustly managed.
Able to develop focused social media content and understanding on how to influence customers and consumers.
This role demands structure, detailed organized, efficient planning, personal ownership and clear communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
Brilliant Execution Inspiring the best bartenders and trend leading accounts with your experiences, customer understanding and market / cocktail / commercial knowledge.
Operates with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for opportunities and obstacles.
All program activations are treated with a strong and rigorous attention to detail.
Expert analysis of multiple data sources is converted quickly into simple, clear, actionable implications.
Ability and confidence to make the necessary informed recommendations required to ensure activities are successfully delivered and adjusted / course-corrected as required.
Qualifications and Experience Required You have relevant work experience from a similar commercial job, preferably with experience in the luxury industry.
You have cocktail / spirit knowledge and have a network in the high end bar hospitality industry.
You are structured, detail oriented, take pride in delivering on time and always look for solutions.
You are known to be persistent, loyal, open personality, dedicated and a good team player.
You have strong communication skills in French and English, both orally and in writing.
Luxembourgish is a plus.
In possession of a driver’s license.
