PMO – Project Manager Quality Assurance

Field of activity

The Asset Servicing area covers the management, safekeeping and administration of securities on deposit. Large and complex projects are conducted around the processing of new issues, income and redemption payments, corporate action processing, tax and safekeeping services.

These projects use both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

We are looking for a Project Manager for performing a quality assurance assessment of an Asset Servicing project. The objective of this review is to :

  • Provide a fair assessment of the project
  • Identify key strengths of the project
  • Identify weaknesses and recommendations around key topics
  • Perform this review in a 4 weeks’ timeframe.

    • Task / Responsibilities

  • Define the scope of the review and the approach
  • Prepare interviews with main stakeholders
  • Conduct the review based on Project Management Standards, defined methodology and best-practices
  • Follow-up on the review process with project manager
  • Prepare final report with findings and recommendations In English
  • Present the findings to key stakeholders In English
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the materials and not disclose to third parties any information related to the review

    • Qualifications / Required Skills

  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Previous experience in Agile projects
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English is a must
