Helpdesk / Support Technician (m / f)

Experis is currently looking for multiple Helpdesk Technicians (m / f) on behalf of various clients.

Your responsibilities

Depending on the company's environment, you will be required to perform many different tasks, of which the main ones will be :

  • Open, track and prioritize requests
  • Assisting users within the company, for level 1 to 2 issues
  • Configure, deploy and troubleshoot workstations (computers, printers, etc.)
  • Create and maintain documentation and procedures
  • Monitor the operation of the network
  • Ensure that the necessary IT equipment is provided
  • Your profile

    Technical and soft skills :

  • You hold a degree in computer science
  • You are familiar with the Microsoft environment
  • You have a good sense of troubleshooting, accompanied by a good analytical and problem-solving spirit
  • You know how to manage your time and organize your tasks
  • You have no trouble working under pressure
  • You are fluent in French; a good knowledge of English would be a plus
