In this role you support the delivery of superior EMEA TA servicing through :
Assisting in reviewing the Service Level Agreement's (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indications (KPI’s) with the Third-Party Administration (TPA) in handling real estate fund TA services.
Overseeing the quality and timeliness of TPAs to ensure that they are performing to the agreed targets (SLAs and KPIs) and are offering excellent client service to our Distribution Partners and their clients.
Completing the various TA operational activities under Invesco’s remit ensuring they are completed within procedures, timelines and regulatory requirements.
Supervising and support the activities completed by internal TA delegates
You will be responsible for :
Performing first level of interrogation and identification of issues which require escalation to functional management for interventions and onward decision making
Acting as point of contact between Invesco Luxembourg and TPAs / internal delegates for any technical or BAU issues, sign off authorisation and query resolution.
Evidencing the interventions, actions, decisions made by Invesco Real Estate Management and Invesco Management S.A in guiding / instructing the TPA
Completing the day to day operational activities under TA Oversight & Operations remit. Ensuring all activities are completed to the required standard within agreed timescales, adhering to regulatory and procedural guidelines.
Taking care that all relevant procedures are in place and maintained
Agreeing and supervising the overall performance against targets, standards and timelines and ensuring remedial action or escalation is taken as required.
Collaborating with TPAs, service providers, internal partners & local offices to assure excellent service is maintained.
Building an open and effective communication channel with TPAs and our internal partners / delegates to guarantee that they can meet both Invesco’s business needs and continue to deliver outstanding client service.
Participating in Service Review meetings to ensure regulatory breaches, SLA breaches and service quality issues are mediated, addressed and resolved.
Providing support or a partner concern route when crucial to run and resolve any queries received from TPAs and o internal business partners.
Raising to management of the function or Luxembourg Conducting Officer, as required.
Supporting local input and signing off to TPAs and internal delegates / partners to support Invesco projects for product developments, regulatory change and business requirement changes.
Ensuring that all Luxembourg regulatory returns and / or statistics are completed and submitted within the approved timescales.
Producing and disseminating reporting as required.
The skills and experience you’ll bring
You will have :
Extensive experience in Transfer Agency and overall understanding of TA organisation and the interaction between different departments
Experience of supervising systems, processes and service standards an advantage
Knowledge of UCITS, SICAV and QIF / FCP Regulations an advantage
Awareness of Real Estate market in which the company is operating, including market trends and relevant initiatives by competitors
Relevant business / professional qualifications or equivalent 3rd level education
Flexibility and willing to travel when required
