New legislations and the changing compliance landscape in Europe have required Amazon to take the forefront on Selling Partners' compliance through education, offering the right product / solution and, ultimately, acting in the case of non-compliance.

This role will be one of the first hires of a new Product Compliance Services team being established within the EU 3P Compliance organization.

The person in this role will manage programs with multi-billion-dollar impact that enable Amazon Selling Partners to sell in EU.

Your key responsibilities in this role include :

  • Owning Seller Experience and the Seller compliance journey across engagement efforts linked to legislations
  • Partner with stakeholders from business, tax, compliance and legal teams to deliver end-to-end comprehensive improvements
  • Identify opportunities to invent and simplify while influencing product and program managers to incorporate your ideas
  • Define and establish success metrics to support internal stakeholder and your program goals

  • BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
  • 5+ years of program management or consulting experience in technology focused business
  • Team orientation and willingness to roll up sleeves to solve complex, dynamic challenges
  • Strong relationships building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross functional programs
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders
  • Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence remote teams in multiple time zones

  • MBA from a leading business school
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • Advanced Knowledge of SQL and VBA or willingness to learn
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
  • History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
