In the role of Depositary you will be responsible for :
Manage a team of junior staff who assists in the analysis of regulated and unregulated private equity, real estate and other alternative structures and assessment of legal documentation required to fulfill depositary duties.
Paralegal role, works closely with colleagues from the legal and operations department and other State Street offices. Assists colleagues from sales and client relationship management as subject matter expert in client meetings and presentations as well as in presentations to senior management and in day to day management of the client relationship.
