About the Role :
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Group Management Reporting Analyst who will be working in the Consolidation Department of the Group.
Main Responsibilities :
Main tasks :
Perform the central closing procedures to consolidate the Group Managerial Reporting on a monthly basis;
Supervise at the Group Reporting Framework and related interfaces between local systems (mainly SAP) and Group Consolidation system (HFM);
Supervise at the reconciliation between Consolidated Statutory Financial Reporting and Consolidated Management Reporting;
Follow up with local entities and internal departments to solve eventual issues detected;
Analysis of the consolidated values and preparation of the documents / decks to be presented to the Top Management on a monthly basis;
Supervise at the compliance for the Group Reporting formalization procedures;
Maintain up to date timetables, Group Reporting manuals and instructions;
Supervise at the HFM access rights process, monitoring the compliance to the internal procedures and identifying potential improvements
Who we are looking for :
Requirements : Profile :
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related;
At least 2 years of experience within the Finance field;
Knowledge of Management reporting preparation, controlling and financial reporting knowledge will be considered as a plus;
Knowledge of Management reporting consolidation procedures and controls;
Ability to deal with different internal stakeholders at local and Group level;
Self-motivated, pragmatic and solution driven with strong ability to work autonomously to achieve targets;
Capability in demonstrating commitment and initiative;
Able to perform multiple tasks and manage high volumes of activities;
Well-organized with strong analytical skills and detailed in documentation of activities performed.
IT Skills :
Knowledge in MS Office, particularly in Excel;
Knowledge in SAP CO & BW is recommended;
Knowledge in HFM is considered a plus.
Fluent in English;
Other languages are considered a plus.
