To assist with the day to day administration of the JPMorgan Global Alternatives Real Estate Europe & Global Transportation transactions and managed funds.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :
Incoming and outgoing document management, corporate files management, departmental drive maintenance.
Office management and general administrative duties.
Maintenance of corporate files and where relevant update of, trackers, systems and logs.
Participate to the account payable process : payment instructions call back and departmental drive maintenance.
Booking arrangements for board meetings and other professional trips and expense claims management.
Act as a personal assistant to the Luxembourg Global Alternatives - Executive Directors.
SKILL SET Personal
Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g. filing, archiving, correspondence, meeting arrangements)
Excellent written and spoken English and German. Any other language is an advantage.
Excellent organisational skills
Strong IT literate (MS Work, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
At least two years of experience in an administrative assistant role
