Pictet has been present in Luxembourg since 1989 where it employs over 600 people.We are looking for an HR Officer / Assistant to join our team in Luxembourg.

As a key member of our motivated and multicultural team, you will provide support for a broad range of HR related activities and initiatives.

Your role You will provide assistance to a team of HR Business Partner (HRBP), covering various activities and locations.

In this capacity you will be primarily tasked with the following duties :

  • Coordinating the recruitment process and ensuring follow-up on applications received. As such you will :
  • o Prepare and publish job advertisements;
  • o Ensure follow-up on candidates’ applications;
  • o Contact applicants and schedule interviews;
  • o Send responses to applicants.

  • Preparing employment contracts and compiling new-employee files for HR administration.
  • Managing the administrative follow-up on staff files and coordinating with HR administration (new hires, trial periods, internal transfers, departures, drafting employment histories for staff celebrating long-service anniversaries, etc.).
  • Acting as a point of contact for both employees and managers.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the team by providing administrative and logistical support with HR projects or ad hoc requests.
  • Handling together with HRBPs the Graduates’ and interns’ selection, onboarding and follow-up throughout the programme (job advertisements, screening of CVs, first round of interviews, rotation plan, etc.). Your profile
  • At least five years’ experience working as a HR Officer or in a similar role, ideally in a banking environment.
  • Luxembourg labour law knowledge and background preferably in the financial / asset management sector;
  • Fluent French and excellent English skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, a sense of rigour and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to work on variousadministrative tasks.
  • Keen sense of client service and empathy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Absolute respect for privacy and confidentiality. Start date : as soon as possible
  • In accordance with the provisions of the Luxembourg law of 23 July 2016 amending the law of 29 March 2013, candidates may be required to provide an extract from their criminal record.
