  • In order to support the growth of our Funds Services team, we are currently looking for a : Transfer Agent (m / f) Your next challenge : Creation and maintenance of share / unitholders’ register up to date;
  • Process the transactions / orders within the set deadlines and in line with the Transfer Agency checklist and procedures : capital call, distribution, subscription, redemption Ensure that internal and / or external queries are answered timely, accurately, within the agreed timeframe Communicate with fund / investor to ensure all application forms and transfer documents are received and accurate Prepare / review daily / monthly / ad-hoc client and investor reporting eg;
  • audit requests, bespoke reporting, regulatory reporting Perform the first AML / CFT review of each investor with the support of the compliance department Follow-up of the incidents until full completion of corrective & preventive measures;
  • Build-up and maintain excellent relationships with clients and investors; Participate in and assist with any projects as required;
  • Act in respect of the regulatory framework, the internal procedures, guidelines and code of conduct. Your profile : If You have a diploma in Economics / Business or related field;
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg; You have a deep interest in the financial markets and fund industry generally;
  • You have strong analytical, organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet and manage strict deadlines;
  • You are able to deliver in a fast-paced environment; You have excellent customer service focus with a truly client service mindset;
  • You communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team; You have a deep knowledge in MS packages as well as a strong Excel experience You are fluent in English and French.
