As a Category Manager Creative Agency, Marketing and Agency with Vodafone Procurement Company (VPC) you will support and work together implementing the strategy for the global procurement of the SCM creative agency and engagement marketing areas within Commercial Services.

An exciting and fast-changing area for One SCM and the VPC. You will be responsible for driving execution of specific projects within the global Category Team, The focus will be on driving significant cost savings and increased measurable value add for Vodafone from appropriate supply chain improvement initiatives addressing both demand side and supply side opportunities.

You will

  • Develop Strategic stakeholder management internal & external; working with a range of stakeholders and suppliers in-market to group functions and at a senior level within Vodafone and the supplier
  • Develop and execute global category strategies including innovative commercial modelling
  • Manage multiple business requirements through to speedy resolutions whilst delivering optimal business results & ensuring compliance to policy
  • Drive transformational change across the business, ensuring on time delivery of savings and other benefits
  • Optimise supplier performance through strong commercial management, ensuring business value is delivered & competitive advantage is maintained
  • Simplify business processes driving efficiency & effectiveness

  • A University degree. Master degree preferred
  • The ability to consult with local markets and provide specialist advice on how to improve their business model
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing communication
  • Strong organisation, project management, commercial (negotiation) and analytical skills
  • Abitly to drive changes and results focused driven
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders
