Senior A-Z Corporate Secretarial function, boards, documents, etc
Full incorporation to liquidation process, niche transactions and deals
High-level client contact, as well as third parties such as lawyers, tax advisors, notaries
Filing reports, accounts, and performing other statutory responsibilities.
Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience working as a Trust / Legal / Corporate Officer, within a trust, domiciliation or asset management company.
Ability to manage client relationships, deal with complexities
experience with Luxembourg entities and legal procedures for AIF
Time management, communication and team player skills are essential
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Work on niche funds and high clients exposure
Lead projects, report to VP / MD levels
