Your tasks :

  • Creation, follow-up and dispatching tickets and define the priority level of the requests
  • Software and hardware support : PC troubleshooting, printing problem, laptop, phones,mails configuration,application, software installation....
  • User support
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents
  • Customer follow up
  • Create and maintain documentation and procedures.
  • Your profile :

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in PORTUGUESE and ENGLISH , FRENCH is an asset
  • Flexible on working hours
  • Excellent communication skills, open minded and customer oriented
  • Good analytical and probleme solving skills, stress resistant
  • Up to date technical knowledge on Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledges of system and network management
