Our client is a well-known depositary Bank in Luxembourg and within Europe, iwthin the Top 5 regaring their alternative assets under depositary
As they have acquired new clients, they would like to reinforce their team with a Relationship Manager, dedicated to Private Equity and Real Estate clients.
Then, you will be the Bank’s representative for your portfolio of clients and act as their main and dedicated contact partner.
Main Responsibilities :
Sales and administrative follow-up of your customer accounts while ensuring the quality and level of service provided;
Being the intermediary between the customer and the operational teams of the Private Equity Real Estate department of the Bank;
Analysis of all issues that are brought to your attention and ensure that suitable solutions are implemented to guarantee the continual improvement of the quality of service offered your clients;
Sales development of your customers and establishment of sales offers for your customers’ new funds / products.
At least 5 years of experience within the alternative funds industry, and especially in Private Equity and Real Estate
A previous experience in a client-oriented position is a plus
Hands-on, clients-oriented, solutions-driven
Fluent in French and English
