Our Hong Kong office activity is expanding and we are then hiring a junior investment fund lawyer (m / f)
Working with us shall enhance not only your legal skills, experience and knowledge, but also your personal standing within the profession.
You will be advising Asia-based fund promoters and other financial institutions with respect to the setting up and structuring of their investment structures.
Our Hong Kong office opened in July 2012 to better serve our Asian clients and to help them open Luxembourg business and investment opportunities.
It is is headed by Xavier Le Sourne, partner of the firm who has strong experience in regulated and unregulated investment structures.
The local team is supported by Counsel Charlotte Chen, a native Chinese speaker (Paris Bar), and a dedicated group of associates in Hong Kong, New York and Luxembourg.
