Intern in Facilities Department Duration : 6 months or more (can be adapted to student's schedule) Location : Echternach, Luxembourg Start : August 2019 Under the supervision of the Facilities Leader you will support the team in the daily running of the office building.
Your tasks will include : Support with quotations from external suppliers and contractors Support with contract management of external suppliers and contractors Maintain registers for technical installations and check lists Join the Facilities team in daily requests from Business Support ongoing short-
mid-, and longterm projects Participate at regular check routes and safety walks Take ownership of smaller Facilities projects depending on skillset and experiences Your profile : Currently a student or just completed studies Preferred technical understanding (Energy management, Electrical installations, Facility management etc.
Administration and documentation skills, such as in Word, Excel, HVAC interface software etc.
