Business Change Management Officer-
Fund Administration (M / F)
Your Mission :
Manage changes to ensure they are delivered in due time, within the defined budget and with the required quality
Log change requests
Summarise, assess, prioritise, plan and monitor change requests
Develop requirements definition documentation
Monitor solutions development
Run tests cases
Deliver solutions in production environment and ensure post-delivery follow-up
Interface with, but not limited to requestors, other departments within Fund Administration and Global teams
Report to the Manager of Business Change Management

Your profile :
Professional Experience :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within the Fund Industry.
Global knowledge of all BP2S FA related systems to allow an accurate analyse / definition of potential solutions to change requests.
Good knowledge of Multifond FA
Behavioural Skills :
Strong analysis skills
Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving
Technical Skills :
Handle common M*S Office files / programs.
A deeper knowledge of Excel (& Access is an advantage).
Language Skills :
Fluent in English and French
