We currently have an Opportunity as a Bid Manager for a Permanent contract with us. Job Summary Halian is looking to expand our successful IT Services team based in our Howald office in Luxembourg.

As a Bid Manager, you are a member of our Managed Services team responding to public & private sector tenders, including RFIs and RFPs.

You will report to the European Head of Managed Services and have the key responsibility of coordinating all phases of the proposal writing process in response to our customers' requests.

The ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, attention to detail and a systematic follow-through will be the key to success in this role.

Your experience We are looking for a talented individual with a proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant written proposals within a complex business environment.

Experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, we want you to be leading and participating in tender qualification sessions, facilitating key review meetings and overseeing the final document review, This role also requires you to be coordinating proposal sign off & governance with our senior leadership team, A good command of English and French, both spoken and written will be essential.

  • Your responsibilities Orchestrating proposal response efforts with different functions and external partners (Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal, Consortium Partners & Subcontractors) to meet tender requirements and timelines Being responsible for hands-on proposal writing, coordination, and quality assurance of all bid documents Delivering compliant bid documentation, professionally presented within customer defined timeframes Contributing to key decisions during the bid process including, but not limited to bid / no-bid decision making Managing bid collateral library, document templates and ensuring alignment with company branding Coordinating and editing technical inputs for grammar and clarity;
  • revising and improving technical content prepared by other departments, to ensure readability and compliance, without distorting original intent Communicating clear, concise answers to customer inquiries or requests for clarification Tracking and reporting proposal win / non-win information to help evaluate the performance of our business development proposal process Maintaining and developing document management collateral, including resumes, case study descriptions, standard proposal collateral, graphics and contractual terms.
