As a Category Manager HR you will, together with the SCM HR team, be in charge of all HR spending at Vodafone across its footprint.
This team is supported by admin resources located in our Indian shared service center. Main categories include External (contingent) workforce, Recruitment, Learning and HR Services.
The team’s focus is strategy development and execution. Our team values are : we win or lose as a team, we help each other, we provide instant feedback and we learn.
We use extensively digital tools to action on data (iView, Cellonis, SAP, Fieldglass) and to collaborate effectively cross-functionally (MS Teams, Ariba, etc).
