The Project Management Department acts as a centre of excellence, liaising with all departments, coordinating and striving for implementation in agreed budget, time and scope.
It is also responsible for the analysis, planning and management of projects related to operational and system improvements.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager on a permanent contract to support the team in place.
Your main tasks will be to :
Lead and coordinate the definition and implementation of projects
Build and monitor the project plan and budget
Build the appropriate governance for each project, in strict respect of the Bank’s project governance
Lead the different aspects of the project phases managing efficiently the constraints of cost, time and scope
Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings, including the monthly steering committee. Ensure systematic recording of decisions in meeting minutes
Report upward and downward. Build clear and complete reports, adjusted to the target audience
Act as a project leader and ensure the efficient collaboration of the different actions involved in the project
Ensure communication flows within the project team, the stakeholders and vendors for project status and activities.
