We recruit for one of our clients, a Central Planner.
Issuance of daily reporting
Check of SAP data consistency & update of external databases
Full accountability of collaborative process with customers through Vendor Managed Inventory process
Finished Goods inventory : monthly preparation of Finished Goods downgradings, submission to Senior Management for endorsement & posting in SAP, support to quarterly update of financial provisions for downgrading
Support to business requests for process improvement & business development ; data gathering & analysis & proposal making for review
Reporting of IT-related issues ie SAP reports for prompt resolution
Backup of Internal Sales Trader position
You have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent work experience
You have Knowledge of basic Supply Chain Management principles , with at least 2 years experience in production planning
You have an analytical mind : comfortable with huge bunch of figures, detection of data inconsistencies
You are able to make decisions : considering all aspects of a business situation, seeking support as needed
You have strong communication skills : clear, concise, persuasive style
You have strong computer skills : Experience with ERP (SAP ECC6) & OMP
Outlook + Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables)
You are fluent in English ; command of French or German is a plus
You are immediately available.
This position is a 11 months temporary work assignment.
