The newly created Onboarding & Finance Projects department of this Real Estate investor is providing a consistent onboarding coordination for operational business teams guaranteeing quality, speed and certainty.

We aim at ensuring the operational continuity of our newly acquired portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a Finance Project Manager role. He will collaborate closely with other members of the department in planning / coordinating / following up processes together with stakeholders to ensure the completion of the newly acquired projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Finance Projects : Take care of transferring Accounting data from current accounting software to the new one (based on Yardi);
  • Provide trainings to Finance teams

  • Onboarding : Take care of the onboarding of newly acquired real estate investment deals into the system
  • Lead and / or participate to the completion of specific projects :
  • oDefine, schedule, develop and maintain a realistic schedule

    oIdentify, manage issues and risks

    oMonitor the progress of the projects

  • Support the Transaction, Finance teams and Blackstone with the set-up and onboarding of the newly acquired portfolios
  • Be the liaison between internal and external parties
  • Ensure proper coordination of key stakeholders involved in deals through different medias
  • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, insure follow up
  • Handle ad-hoc requests
  • Your Profile

  • University Degree in finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Proficiency with MS Office standard applications
  • Fluent in English, any other language would be an advantage
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment is necessary, experience as Project Manager will be a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate or Accounting will be an advantage
  • Professional manner and a high energy level; exhibits positive attitude and flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Ability to deal efficiently with people at different levels of hierarchy
  • Solution oriented approach / problem-solving aptitude
  • High sense of organization and detail-orientation
  • Ability to handle and prioritize a wide variety of situations and challenges
  • Ability to work independently but also an excellent team player
  • Curious and enthusiasm for business related matters
  • Manages stress well and uses it as a positive motivator
