  • In this function you will be responsible for cross border registration primarily Luxembourg and Irish domiciled investment funds;
  • You will take care of cross border fund registration activities by ensuring compliance with applicable law and regulations;
  • You will be in charge of the establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a supervisory framework for such funds and ensure appropriate registration and regulatory reporting / publication;
  • You will evaluate, ensure and optimize the effectiveness of registration-related processes and procedures to mitigate regulatory and compliance risks;
  • Liaising with internal functions and business partners (i.e. providing assistance for all related registration matters) will allow you to build up a solid working relationship
  • You will play a key role in managing internal, third parties service providers and local agents i.e. performing on a regular basis service review meetings and establishing key performance indicators to oversee effective relationship;
  • You will carry out regular compliance reviews to internal partners and external service providers to ensure a clean audit trail;
  • You will mentor and provide guidance to the registration team member(s) in the context of the organisation for the day-
  • to-day activities and report to the management;
  • You are willing to stay up to date with industry changes and trends that may impact the way Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A. operates.
  • You will actively participating in projects to enhance processes and implement regulatory legal changes;
  • You Offer

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a multi operational task / similar position;
  • Profound knowledge of applicable regulatory environment (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD);
  • Knowledge of the legal requirements for cross border distribution of Luxembourg and Ireland domiciled funds in jurisdiction across Europe, Asia and Latin America;
  • Project management skills and ability to multitask in a diverse environment;
  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills are required to consult with internal and external partners;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to systematically assess and challenge existing processes;
  • Experience working in an international environment;
  • Fluent written and spoken in English, French and German is an asset
